Published in The Saudi Gazette on 01 - 01 - 2013

Bank Aljazira has recently launched two new branches in Jeddah – one in Al-Naeem District and the other in Al-Rehab District. This step comes in line with the bank's strategic plan to develop its branch network and further enhance its accessibility to the widespread customer base in order to serve them with highest service standards.
Khaled Al-Othman, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Banking group, said: “Branches are the beating heart of our business. Today our network includes 72 branches with 18 female dedicated sections.
But our expansion strategy will continue until we achieve the ultimate objective of being closer to our valued customers around the Kingdom, and provide them with the best-in-class products and services in order to make banking more convenient for them.”
Mohammad Al Samari, Vice President and Head of Branch Network at Bank Aljazira, added: “All our new branches have been equipped with best-in-class banking technologies and are operated with highly qualified employees who were trained specifically to train and provide top level services that guarantees customers satisfaction, reflecting the perfect image of Islamic Banking”.
He further said “the two new branches feature contemporary designs that utilize an open space while providing privacy needed for each customer.
Both branches are equipped with cash deposit machines that works as short cut to perform the task without visiting the tellers' section.
Also, Al Rehab branch has a special section for ladies.” — SG
