LuLu Hypermarket, Saudi Arabia, is all set to celebrate “Egyptian Festival 2012” under the patronage of Egyptian Embassy in Saudi Arabia. The seven-day event will showcase food products from Egypt. Afifi Al-Sayid Ahmed Abdulwahab, Ambassador of Egypt to Saudi Arabia, will inaugurate the event on Dec. 26 at 8:00 p.m. at LuLu Hypermarkets, Murabba. The prime focus of “Egyptian Festival” is to portray LuLu Hypermarkets as a unique shopping experience for its customers. The event will prove the lengths to which LuLu goes to serve its customers no matter whatever their nationality. Given the cosmopolitan clientele and culture of LuLu, the “Egyptian Festival” campaign will broaden its horizon to exhibit food products from Egypt like Egyptian cheese, meat, fish and famous Egyptian foods, with attractive prices on garments, household and home appliances, said Musthafa Hashim Karzon, manager, LuLu Hypermarkets, Central Region. During the period, Lulu outlets in Riyadh and Al-Khobar will be decorated with huge and colorful replicas of the famous landmarks and icons associated with Egypt. There will be a live Lime Juice Contest inside the hypermarkets in Murabba and Batha during the festival, in which the anchor will ask questions relating to Egyptian culture. The winners will get attractive prizes. — SG
