LULU Hypermarket, Saudi Arabia is all set to celebrate "British Week" 2012 under the patronage of UK Embassy in Saudi Arabia. The seven-day long event starting on April 21 will showcase food products from Europe especially from United Kingdom.
Sir Tom Phillips, Ambassador of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to Saudi Arabia will be the chief guest to inaugurate the "British Week" campaign that will be held at 9:45 a.m. at LuLu Hypermarkets, Murabba.
Inaugural ceremony of LuLu Al-Khobar will be the same day at 4.15 p.m. by David Harries, Head of British Trade Office.
The prime focus of "British Week" is to portray LuLu Hypermarkets as a unique shopping experience for its customers. The event is a manifestation of LuLu's commitment to serve its customers regardless of their nationalities. It will also highlight the exclusive range that LuLu carries in its outlet which are not available anywhere else in the Kingdom.
Given the cosmopolitan clientele and culture of LuLu, "British Week" campaign will broaden its horizon to exhibit the fresh import ranges like gluten free products, organic products, free range eggs, fresh breads, goats milk and yogurts, diabetic products, flavored yogurts, chocolates, fresh fruits & vegetables, pies & cakes, canned foods and many more. "There will be more than 1,500 imported products from UK available in our hypermarket during this week-long campaign at attractive prices," said Shehim Mohammed Unni, Regional Director, LuLu Hypermarkets, Central Region.
During this promotion period, Lulu outlets in Riyadh and Al-Khobar would be decorated with huge and colorful replicas of the famous landmarks and icons associated with Britain.
Free tickets for the Summer Olympics 2012 to be held in Britain would be handed over to lucky winners of a raffle draw.
