(STC) admitted Alshaya Co. into its list of Qitaf partners enabling customers to enjoy the benefits of shopping at more than 31 brand outlets offered by Al Shaya which is an exclusive retailer that operates world-class brands in Saud Arabia, like Starbucks, H and M, Mothercare, Debenhams, American Eagle, Pottery Barn, Baby Pottery Barn, Office Depot, Boats, and others. The point exchange program is a simple system based on electronic purchase coupons offered by Qitaf. Qitaf program employs active tools that go beyond customers' expectations through actively analyzing their needs and gaining more successful partners to add more value to the program and sustain its availability to wider brackets of customer segments, and to ultimately ensure a greater host of services and products to them. The program is differentiated from other loyalty programs in that it transfers points from one customer to another and refunds them for STC products and services offered by 37 Qitaf partners across KSA.
