TC, Arabian Oud in deal on Qitaf

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has signed an agreement with Arabian Oud Company for the leading fragrance retailer to join the list of partners participating in the Qitaf program that STC has introduced to reward its customers for their loyalty. The STC Qitaf program is considered to be the biggest and most widely recognized loyalty and rewards program in the Middle East region.
The agreement was signed by Engineer Sa'ad Bin Dhafer Al-Qahtani, vice president, residential sector of STC and president of the Higher Committee for Customer Relations; and Abdullah Bin Mohammad Adduwaish, vice president of Arabian Oud Company.
In a statement, Al-Qahtani said “this agreement confirms the leading role of Qitaf and its keen interest in providing the best services for our customers making this a new addition to the Qitaf Program and providing a multitude of choices for our diverse customer base. We have selected Arabian Oud which provides its services through 400 outlets strategically disperse throughout the Kingdom in addition to its branches overseas. The company will continue its efforts in signing more agreements adding more partners to the program.”
Al-Qahtani added that”Arabian Oud is a welcome newcomer to the Qitaf loyalty program and this agreement proves STC's commitment to providing its customers with added value. Our aim is to satisfy our customers by offering them the widest possible choice from a diverse range of services and products and we are still looking for other strategic partners to join the program.”
Qitaf has achieved great success in attracting leading companies and the program now has 18 partners that own 105 brands with more than 1700 sales outlets covering all regions of the Kingdom, making it the biggest corporate loyalty program in the communications sector with more than 12 million customers.
Speaking on behalf of Arabian Oud Company, Adduwaish said “we chose STC's Qitaf program because of its high credibility, unique advantages and large membership, and we hope this partnership will achieve the targeted objectives of both companies.”
“We have 400 sales outlets around the Kingdom and in other locations throughout the world and we look forward to introducing Qitaf program members to our unique range of products,” he added.
All STC customers can register in the Qitaf program for free and benefit from exchanging Qitaf points for a diverse range of services or purchase vouchers by sending an SMS including the number 9933 to 902.
