Semifinal lineup set in BSF Cup

RIYADH — Semifinal lineup has been completed in the Banque Saudi Al-Fransi T20 Cup, which is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
In Super League, Lahore Lions beat Amir Holidays by 8 wickets. Electing to bat first, Amir Holidays scored 150 runs in 20 overs. Irfan was the highest scorer with 34. Arsalan made 27 and Sami Arshad 23. Muzaffar and Nawaz got 2 wickets each. Lahore Lions raced to target in 15.1 overs, thanks to a quickfire 82 from Salman Butt. Owais also played well and remained unbeaten on 37.
Shuraim beat Ayoun Al-Badr by a huge margin of 182 runs. Batting first, Shuraim put 293 on the board in 20 overs. Zeeshan scored 124, Afzal 77 and Waqas 32. Ahmer Waheed grabbed two wickets. Chasing a huge target, Ayoun Al-Badr was bundled out for 111. Azizullah made 39 and Naveed 24.
Mubarshir and Faisal took 2 wickets each.
BSF beat Fuchs by 8 wickets. Batting first, Fuchs scored 179 in 20 overs. Shoaib hit 65. Nadeem Babar bowled well and took 4 wickets. BSF achieved the target comfortably for the loss of only two wickets. Nadeem Babar was the top scorer with 77.
Lahore Lions will play Pak Shaheen while Amir Holidays will play Lahore Badshah in the semifinals of the Super League.
In Premier League 1, CKK beat Riyadh Warriors by 11 runs. Batting first, CKK scored 180. Nouman 66, Imran 31, Basit 25 and Ian 24 were the main scorers for CKK. Riyadh Warriors fell short of target by 11 runs. Asif and Hassan played well and scored 60 and 44 respectively but could not save their team from defeat. Nouman took 2 wickets.
Stallions beat Hyderabadi Warriors. Hyderabadi Warriors were all out for 128. Mohammed Bin Saleh scored 66. Adnan took 4 wickets while Sohail got 2. Stallions achieved the target in 11.3 overs. Asif top scored with 76.
Thales beat KFSH Greens by 7 wickets. KFSH Greens scored 170 in 20 overs.
Zahiduddin took 5 wickets, Saad 3 and Asim 2. Thales reached the target in 15.1 overs. Malik Fahad Awan played brilliantly and scored 106. In the semifinals, Stallions will meet Hyderabadi Warriors and CKK will play Riyadh Warriors.
In Premier League 2, Imran XI beat TBCC by 6 wickets. TBCC scored 195-7. Hazrat Hussain got 5 wickets. Imran XI achieved the target in 19 overs. Israr scored 97 and Majid 50.
Green Bangla beat Friends XI by 70 runs. Green Bangla batted first and scored 203-8 in 20 overs. Mithun scored 44 and Kakon 30. Friends XI could only manage 133 in reply. Aminul got 3 wickets, while Musa and Kakon claimed 2 each.
Riyadh Panthers beat AB Contracting, thanks to a fine all-round performance by Raza. Batting first, Riyadh Panthers made 206-3 in 20 overs. Raza looked in great touch and scored 104. Sajid Cheema also played well while making 65. AB Contracting scored 176. Raza and Mohammed took 4 wickets each.
Seham beat Lahore Badshah Green by 31 runs. Batting first, Seham made 167.
Habib scored 54, Amjid 39 and Noor 27. Afzal took 3 wickets. In reply, Lahore Badshah Green scored 136. Gulzar and Majid took 3 wickets each. Serendib beat Kashmir Press in another match.
In the semifinals of the Premier League 2, Riyadh Panthers will play Imran XI while Green Bangla will meet Kashmir XI.
