PSI Super Cup and Bilawal Haneef League finals set

RIYADH — The final lineups for the PSI Super Cup and Bilawal Haneef Premier League-I and -II finals are set following interesting semifinals in the Riyadh Cricket League-organized tournaments here recently.
Al-Eid will take on Mehran Spices in the PSI Super Cup final, while Saudi Jaguar will play Game Pro for the Bilawal Haneef Premier League-I crown and Star-XI faces Black Caps in the title fight for the Premier League-II.
In the PSI Super Cup Al-Eid beat Jawar Al-Jazeerah and Mehran Spices downed NAB in their respective semifinal matches to advance.
Saudi Jaguar, meanwhile, beat Royal Fighters and Game Pro defeated Super Green to advance to the Premier League–I final.
Star-XI and Black Caps won their semifinal encounters in the Bilawal Haneef Premier League–II tournament.
In the first Super Cup semifinal, Al-Eid beat Jawar Al-Jazeerah by 20 runs. Batting first, Al-Eid made 194-6. Fahim Shah scored 71, while Arsalan added 39 and Ijaz Raja 22. Rizwan Manzoor took 2-35 and Abbas 2-40. In reply, Jawar Al-Jazeerah could only make 174 with Rizwan scoring 97 and Salim 32. Fahim Shah destroyed Jawar Al-Jazeerah's batting lineup with figures of 3-18, while Raja Ijaz took 2-39. Fahim Shah was named the Man-of-the-Match.
In the second PSI Super Cup semifinal, Mehran Spices defeated NAB by 3 wickets. Batting first, NAB scored 150-7 with Basharat scoring 59, Imran 29 and Jamil Khan 19. Ibrahim took 3-30, Usman Shah 2-22 and Majid 2-16. In reply, Mehran reached the target in 17 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Sajid Khan made 46, Majid 23 and Anwer Zaib 20. Basharat took 3-41, while Imran bagged 2-28.
In the first Bilawal Haneef Premier League-I semifinal, Saudi Jaguar thrashed Super Green by 6 wickets. Batting first, Super Green scored 170-6. Adnan made 30, Naeem 27 and Noman 26. Danish Farouqi took 3-45 and Waleed Shaikh 2-30. In reply, Saudi Jagaur achieved the target for the loss of 4 wickets in 16.4 overs. Hafiz Haider remained unbeaten on 61, Faisal Shaikh hit 54 and Mohsin Shaikh 20. Zahore, Safeeq, Babar and Nadeem claimed a wicket each.
The second Premier League-I semifinal saw GamePro beat Royal Fighters by 24 runs. Batting first, Game Pro scored 160-8 with Farhan Mushtaq hitting 34, Abdul Majid 27, and Imtiyaz Keri 25. Ali Ahmed took 4-19, while Tawab and Asif took 2 wickets each. In reply, Royal Fighters could only reach 136-6 to lose the match by 24 runs. Mehboob made 63 and Talha 35. Imran and Imtiyaz took 2 wicket each from GamePro.
In the Premier League-II semifinals, Star-XI beat Bhatkal Warriors by 7 wickets in the first encounter. Batting first, Bhatkal Warriors made 150-9. Musaddique scored 47, Shammaz 28 and Aleem 19. Imtiaz and Manzoor took 3 wickets each, while Abbas and Kashif bagged a wicket each. In reply, Star Eleven achieved the target for the loss of 3 wickets in 18 Overs. Manzoor remained unbeaten on 43, Imtiaz scored 37 and Kashif was not out on 33. Riyaz and Afaque took a wicket each.
The second Premier League-II semifinal saw Black Caps beat Maestro by 110 runs. Batting first, Black Caps set a huge target of 235-5. Bilal Qurashi played an outstanding innings of 118 not out (12 fours and 4 sixes), Sanaullah added 46, and Bilal 27. Ashfaque, Abdullah and Imran took a wicket each. In reply, Meastro could only score 125. Shoaib Shah made 32, Hashir 19 and Barkat Haydri 17. Zeeshan claimed 4-28, while Bilal and Suboj bagged 2 wickets each.
