RIYADH — Indian Strikers, Nab, Al-Eid, Cricketers, Riyadh Sports Club, Super, Star XI and Saudi Jaguar won their matches in the PSI T-20 Super and Premier Cup Cricket Tournament, which is organized by Riyadh Cricket League (RCL).
Imtiaz, Imran Khan and Mansoor hit tons while Zahoor, Shanawaz, Abbas and Basharat bowled well.
Nab beat Jawar Al-Jazeerah by 60 runs. Batting first, Nab CC made 204-7.
Imran Khan again played an outstanding innings by making 116 with 8 boundaries and 7 sixes. Kamran scored 45. Mohammed Abbas claimed 3-30.
In reply, Jawar Al-Jazeerah made 144 through Rizwan Manzoor 40 and Imran Mani 33. Basharat bowled well to take 4-30 and Imran Khan bagged 2-25.
In the second match, Star XI defeated Konkan Warriors by 68 runs. Batting first, Star XI set a huge target of 271-7. Imtiaz hit a strokeful 136 not out, while Mansoor made 38 and Abbas 32. Mansoor and Faik took 2 wickets each for 40 and 45 runs, respectively.
In reply, Konkan made 203-7. Mansoor scored 107 with 12 boundaries, while Danish hit 22. Kashif and Basharat took 2 wickets each.
In the third encounter, Cricketers CC beat Cyberoam CC by 7 wickets. Batting first, Cyberoam made 187 through Arman 36, Atif Aslam 28 and Zeeshan 28. Waheed, Ahmer and Shafeeq took 2 wickets each.
In reply, Cricketers achieved the target for the loss of 3 wickets. Waheed top scored with 44, Omar made 35 and Maqsood 36. Imran took 2-26.
In the fourth match, Indian Strikers won by 6 wickets over Black Caps.
Batting first, Black Caps made 192-8. Bilal Wani made 66 and Farhad 46.
Sunil, Delip, Noufal and Yahsik took 1 wicket each.
In reply, Indian Strikers achieved the target for the loss of 4 wickets in 19.1 Overs. Faizullah was the top scorer with 69. Junais hit 38 and Sunil 37. Zeeshan took 2 wickets, while Bilal and Mukeem got 1 each. In the fifth match, Riyadh Sports Club beat Cricket Samarwa by 23 runs. Batting first, Riyadh Sport Club made 189-5. Mansoor made 64, Kifayatullah 42 and Sunil Chaidrekan 31. Hameed took 2 wickets.
In reply, Cricket Samarwa managed 166-7. Shakeel contributed 42, Mujahid 30 and Aasif Shaikh 24. Shanawaz bowled very well to take 4 wickets, while Sattar got 2 wickets.
In other matches, Super CC beat Gujranwala by 93 runs, Al-Eid beat Mehran by 3 wickets and Saudi Jaguar beat Falcon by 14 runs.
