RIYADH – Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) launched the first phase of its pioneer Mobily Elites program (ME) which seeks to attract and develop young local talents to contribute in Mobily's overall vision. Mobily Elite program is an extended approach from Mobily's innovation and creativity tactics. The program aim is to draw national young talents with outstanding capabilities through competency-based selection methods; this method is based on situational interview that seeks evidence of skills required to the job. The first group will consist of 50 young Saudi talents. Dr. Hamad Al Hashimi, Mobily's Chief Executive of Human Resources, emphasized that the launch of this program is an embodiment of Mobily's faith in Saudi youth and their promising qualifications and talents who are looking forward to grasp the right opportunity in the world of innovation and development. He added that the Saudi youth will carry on the responsibility and will contribute in Mobily's success and uniqueness.
