RCA completes Round 3 matches in BSF Twenty20 Cup

RIAYDH – With 12 matches RCA has completed Round 3 of the Banque Saudi Al-Fransi T20 Cup here.
In Super League, Shuraim beat BSF in a closely-fought contest. Batting first, BSF scored 204-4 in 20 overs. Nadeem Babar was the top scorer with 81 runs. He got good support from Tasleem Naz (73). Zeeshan took 2 wickets.
Shuraim achieved the target for the loss of 5 wickets. Waqas scored 56, Zeeshan 39, Akbar 27 and Faisal 24. Saeed took 3 wickets.
KFSH Blues downed arch-rival Pak Shaheen by 9 wickets. Pak Shaheen batted first and scored 180-7 through Faisal 52 and Usman Khan 24. Usman took 3 wickets and Raja Gulraiz 2. Chasing 181, Waseem Riaz played a scintillating knock of 109 not out in 41 balls. Nasir Abbasi scored 36 and Fakhar 25. KFSH Blues achieved the target in 14.2 overs.
Lahore Lions defeated Ayoun Al-Badr in another Super League match.
Lahore Badshah beat Amir Holidays by 6 runs. Batting first, Lahore Badshah scored 176. Adnan made 57. Arsalan took 3 wickets and Saeed Rahim 2. In reply, Amir Holidays was all out for 170. Nadeem Bhatti scored 68, Samiullah 41 and Kamran Hadi 25.
In Premier League I, Attieh Steels beat Thales by 6 runs. Batting first, Attieh Steels scored 219. Nasir played a great knock of 136 and Amir hit 30. Amjad and Fahad took 2 wickets each. In reply, Thales fell short by 6 runs. Shahid scored 86 and Fahad 82.
Stallions downed Riyadh Fighters by 84 runs. Batting first, Stallions scored 256. Amir Zulfiqar made 66, Imran Younis 40, Shakoor Younis 37 and Adnan 28. Yassir and Imran took 2 wickets each. In reply, Riyadh Fighters managed 170. Imran scored 66. Imran Younis, Yassir Noor and Sohail Zafar took 2 wickets each.
CKK thrashed RAC by 9 wickets. Batting first, RAC put up 149. Imran took 3 wickets and Nabeel 2. CKK achieved the target in 13.2 overs, thanks to 57 runs by Sajid Nawaz and 55 by Imran Kifayat.
KFSH Green continued its winning streak by prevailing over Riyadh Warriors by 23 runs. Batting first, KFSH Greens scored 204. Suhail Bakhshi made 72, Naeem 58 and Mansoor 30. Shakeel and Ayaz took 2 wickets each. Riyadh Warriors started very aggressively and hit 100 runs in 10 overs. But then some tidy bowling by KFSH Green spinners restricted Riyadh Warriors to 181. Mansoor took 3 wickets and Naeem 2. Azeez was the highest scorer for Riyadh Warriors with 60, Shaik scored 28 and Ayaz 27.
In Premier League II, Kashmir XI beat Serendib by 68 runs. Kashmir XI tallied 186. Waseem scored 67, Irshad 40 and Azhar 28. In reply, Serendib just managed 118.
Combined XI defeated Lahore Badshah Green by 44 runs. Combined scored 227-2. Asmat Shahzad hit a classy 100, Taj Khan 61 and Naeem 43. Lahore Badshah Green scored 183 in reply. Asad and Ahmed took 3 wickets each and Asmat Shahzad claimed 2.
Imran XI downed Friends XI by 10 wickets. Batting first, Friends XI scored 123. Imran XI chased the target without losing a wicket.
AB Contracting beat Tigers by 6 wickets. Batting first, Tigers scored 177. Ismail got 2 wickets, while Waqas and Shahid took 2 each. AB Contracting achieved the target in 18 overs through Hisham 63, Hilal 37 and Shahid 35.
