RCA holds AGM after three years

RIYADH – Riyadh Cricket Association held its Annual General Body Meeting here after a gap of three years.
The AGM was attended by the representatives of 33 registered teams of RCA, members of RCA Executive Committee and RCA official umpires.
The proceedings started with recitation from Holy Quran. RCA Senior Vice President Nasir Khan welcomed the participants.
Joint Secretary Nasir Abbasi presented a slide show with a report of the Season 2011-2012 and roadmap for the the Season 2012-2013.The new season is scheduled to start on Sept. 7 with a T20 event.
Nadeem Babar, COO and representative of Patron in Chief Prince Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Nasser, expressed RCA's gratitude to the prince for his support.
RCA President Abdul Qadeer Mirza, who is also Chairman of Executive Council of Saudi Cricket Centre, thanked all RCA teams and appreciated the efforts of RCA Executive Committee. – SG
