The Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) will kick off its new season on Oct. 2 with more activities and quality tournaments. RCA President Abdul Qadeer Mirza announced the members of the executive committee after being approved by Patron-in- Chief Prince Dr. Abdul Aziz Bin Nasser Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud. The members are Abdul Qadeer Mirza, Mansoor Ahmed (Vice President), Dr. Syed Abdul Shakir (Senior Advisor), Razaur Rahman (Advisor), Fayyaz Bakshi (General Secretary), Aslam Shaikh (Finance Secretary) and Rehan Khan (PRO). Mirza further elaborated that this season RCA will focus more on the development of the youth in the central province. In this regard a number of inter-school tournaments will be held to provide chance for the youth. He also stressed that RCA also will strive to have appropriate infrastructure in Riyadh so that players get all facilities to improve their performance. RCA has already started the registration process and request the teams to bring the players' details of their respective teams. __
