DAMMAM — A mother and her three children died while her husband and remaining three children were left severely injured when their two-storey villa, located inside the National Guard Housing Complex in Dammam, caught on fire. Col. Ali Al-Qahtani, spokesman of the Eastern Province Civil Defense, said firefighters contained the blaze before reaching the second floor. The fire started inside the living room killing the wife and three kids while the husband and other three kids were rescued. Col. Al-Qahtani said the Civil Defense had not yet determined the cause of the fire.
