Dammam — Al Khozama School Investiture ceremony was conducted in the school's premises with traditional fervor. The new office bearers were selected through a democratic process and the badges were awarded by the Chief Guest A. M. Ashraf, General Manager, Peevees Group of Schools, KSA. The chief guest reiterated the importance of an invincible leader in society and reminded children about their roles and responsibilities. Children wore colorful sashes and rhythmically moved to the tune of the drum beats. The swearing of the new cabinet was administered through an oath taking ceremony by the principal Sreedevi Menon. Arsh Nawaz took charge as the captain from the boys section with Shahamath Hussain as the vice captian. In the girls' section it was Alita D'Almeida who was sworn in as the captain with Patsy Sheethal Paul as the vice captian. Mudheera Refa Al Dossary awarded the badges for the girls. House captains and vice captains from the respective four houses, Lavender, Erica, Azalea and Daffodils, also took oath to be part of the school cabinet. Earlier, Gopi Menon, the vice principal had delivered the welcome speech and Stani Thomas proposed the vote of thanks.
