International Indian School Jeddah (Girls' Section) organized an investiture ceremony recently where all the class prefects took oaths led by Vice Principal Mrs. Farahdunnisa. Chief guest Dr. Sousan Al-Majali, Vice Dean Student Affairs and Director Nursing Program Dar Al-Hekma College, lit the school torch, which was handed over to the head girl Sugatha Balagopal by Principal in-charge Masood Ahmed. Students formed a candle light formation of Investiture 2008 with a song “determination to achieve.” Dr. Al-Majali urged the students to learn the qualities of leadership and pursue their dreams through education and being true to oneself. Sports secretary Shaimah Mohammed proposed the vote of thanks. School managing committee members attended the function.
