JEDDAH — Asian Plastic Factory had the last laugh against mighty Crown Steel, Zultec went down against My Care and Hala, while AOT GFC thrashed IDB in the WPCA Summer Premier here recently.
The Summer Morning tournament saw Al-Mazroi continue its winnings streak, Al–Saudi edged Orbital Horizon and AAA showed no sympathy toward QRCC.
The first match saw AOT GFC bat first against IDB and rack up 204-8 in 20 overs. Main contributions came from Qaim Khan (48), Faiq Habib (35) and Zeeshan (30). Abdul Jabbar took 3-35 and Yasir 2-37 with a wicket each falling to Ijaz, Ramazan and Abdullah Shah. IDB, in reply, was restricted to 121-7, thereby losing by 83 runs.
