Hail District Court sentenced a car drifter to 150 lashes of the whip. The sentence will be administered in three occasions. In its statement, Hail Police said the young man was arrested while he was pulling off some drifts with his car. He has done it several times, the statement noted. He was referred to the court where he received a whipping sentence and had to sign an undertaking promising not to do it again. Maj. Yehya Al-Biladi, Hail Police Director, urged young men to abstain from such dangerous actions and not go watch those who do it. He promised strong penalties to anyone who drifts with his car. __
