The Ministry of Water and Electricity will hold its second electrical safety experts symposium, from Mar. 27-28 at Sheraton Hotel, Riyadh. The two-day symposium to be attended by safety experts from around the country and abroad will highlight the importance of an efficient use of electricity and the problem of electricity hazards. The Ministry has invited speakers from government agencies, engineering firms, universities, research centers, practitioners, electrical manufacturers, private sectors and other interested parties to participate in the symposium. The topics to be discussed in the symposium are, among others, electrical safety regulations and legislation, and building codes. – SG __
