Uzair took 5 wickets in one over including a hat trick as Detecon Eagles defeated Indian Strikers by 26 runs in the Prince Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Cricket Tournament, organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
In Hayer League T20 Tournament, Riyadh Fighters PPF beat TBCC by 6 wickets. Batting first, TBCC scored 179-7. Shamnad top scored with 55. Abid, Kamran and Bilal picked up 2 wickets each. Riyadh Fighters PPF got to the target in 18.5 overs. Imran contributed 70 and Kamran 46. Asif bagged 2 wickets.
Raavi CC got the better of PTI CC by 6 wickets. PTI CC managed 124-8. Farrukh claimed 4 wickets and Ashfaq 2. Raavi CC won the match in 16.5 overs as Zia hit 40 and Tanweer 38.
Rising Stars CC defeated Tigers CC by 11 runs. Rising Stars CC tallied 167-9. Omar and Noman made 33 each. Riyadh grabbed 3 wickets and Faraz 2. Tigers, in reply, managed 156-8. Mujahid hit 30. Omar and Asghar took 2 wickets each.
Kashmir XI thrashed White Star CC by 5 wickets. White Star CC amassed 229-7. Irfan top scored with 88 and Naeem hit 43. Amir and Altaf grabbed 2 wickets each. Kashmir XI reached the target in 18.2 overs, thanks to Khurram Chuhan who remained unbeaten on 136 off 50 balls.
Challengers XI routed Sulaiman XI by 113 runs. Challengers XI recorded 222-8. Fahad hit 62 and Samar 50. Mohsin picked up 2 wickets. Sulaiman XI was restricted to 109-8. Mubashir contributed 44. Viral accounted for 3 wickets and Fahad 2.
Detecon Eagles defeated Indian Strikers by 26 runs. Eagles scored 157-7. Aftab blasted 37 and Uzair 34. Indian Strikers were restricted to 131, thanks to Uzair who picked up 5 wickets in one over including a hat trick.
In Diriyah League T20 Tournament, Karachi Kings beat White Star Green by 15 runs. Kings scored 177-5 through Raza (54) and Arshad (41). White Star Green managed 162-6. Danish made 46. Ali, Taj and Raza picked up 2 wickets each.
Smashers CC defeated All Stars CC by 65 runs. Smashers posted 170-6. Talal hit 38. Osama and Adil took 2 wickets each. All Stars, in reply, managed 105. Shayan scored 29. Talal grabbed 3 wickets, while Ahmed and Zeeshan got 2 each.
Riyadh Rhinos got the better of Phoenix CC by 6 wickets. Batting first, Phoenix posted 183. Haseeb top scored with 77. Waseemuddin and Usman bagged 2 wickets each and Abuzar got 1. Rhinos got to the target in 19.3 overs. Waqas hit 78 and Abuzar 72. Ammar grabbed 2 wickets.
Riyadh Warriors CSK thrashed Abana CC by 6 wickets. Abana CC posted 109. Tanweer and Zafar picked up 3 wickets each. Riyadh Warriors won the match in 10.4 overs. Shaji contribued 51. Shakeel took 2 wickets.
KAMS Indopak CC beat Youngsters XI by 2 wickets. Youngsters were restricted to 112 as Kamil picked up 5 wickets. KAMS Indopak CC reached the target in 16.2 overs. Himayathulla scored 27. Ehsan, Athar and Abdulrahman picked up 2 wickets each. — SG
