JSC Chelsea and JSC Real Madrid entered the finals of their respective sections in the Jeddah Sports Club (JSC) In-house Football Tournament at the Dunk ground recently. JSC Chelsea got the better of JSC Real Madrid by a solitary goal and will fight it out with JSC Barca for title honors in the Under-9 division. The all-important goal was scored by Muaz Ahmed. Chelsea goalkeeper Mohammed Yazar and its stopper Jasim Nedumannil, who was adjudged the Player of the match, thwarted the efforts of Real Madrid captain Mohamed Eshan and Ayaan Abdul Hakeem to emerge winner in a closely-fought match. In U-12 category, a spirited JSC Real Madrid routed JSC Chelsea with 4-1 to set up a title clash with JSC Barca. Ayaan Anwar was at his best under the bar and made many .good saves. Farzin Haris hit a brace, while Adil Muhammed and Zaim Noushad completed the tally for Real Madrid. Chelsea's consolation goal was scored by Farhan Haris. In a thrilling Under-17 match, after trailing by 3 goals in the first session, JSC Barca roared from behind to shatter the dreams of JSC Real Madrid with a heart-breaking 4-3 decision. Barca boys, under brilliant stand-in captain Salman Safar, put up a brave fight. After levelling the score at 3-3 Barca earned a spot kick and it was converted by Tanweer Tajmal. Aftab scored 2 goals for Barca and was named the Player of the Match. The other scorer for Barca was Mohammed Salih. Safwan Ashraf, Nehan Naser and Aasim Abdul Majeed found the target for Real Madrid.
