JEDDAH — A delegation from Pakistan National Solidarity Forum (PNSF), a common platform of various political, social, academic, literary and cultural organizations from the members of Pakistani community in Western region, met with Pakistan Consul General Shehryar Akbar Khan at the consulate on Sunday. Tahseemul Haque Haqqi, vice consul community welfare, was also present on this occasion. The delegation was headed by convener Riaz Haider Bukhari Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and comprised of senior executives members Chaudhry Mohammad Riaz Ghumman, Pakistan Muslim League-Quid-e-Azam (PML-Q), Mohammed Zulfiqar, Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Farrukh Rashid Pakistan, Tahrik-e-Insaf (PTI), Tahir Bhaii, Jamiat-e-Ulama-i-Islam (JUI), Nusherwan Khattak Awami, National Party (ANP) and Rizwan Chaudhry. During the meeting both sides discussed the issues of the community and bilateral cooperation to come up with solutions for various community issues. Bukhari highlighted the aims and objects of the forum. He said we have organized very successful programs on the occasion of national days, which were much appreciated by the community. He added that PNSF will continue the mission of national unity as laid down in aims and objects. The members expressed their satisfaction with the excellent performance of consul general and better facilities than before at the consulate. The members of the delegation also appreciated the excellent service and sincere efforts of Tahseem-ul-Haque Haqqi for the community. The consul general appreciated the objectives, efforts and progress made by the forum and assured his and the consulate's cooperation. He said every Pakistani is the country's ambassador and they must work hard for the interest and dignity of the nation. He expressed his commitment to fully solve all issues of the community including schools and consulate.
