Al-Mazroi to take on Al-Saudi in WPCA Morning League final

Mazroi will take on Al-Saudi in the final of the WPCA Morning League which is being organized by Western province Cricket Association.
Al-Safree, Zultrack, Crown Blue, UCC, Nestle Milo and Mehmood Saeed won their respective encounters in the Afternoon League.
Al-Saudi downed Hala Academy White by 12 runs to enter the final as Afzal blasted his second consecutive century (130 in 69 balls). Abbas made 26. The winner tallied 199.
In response, Hala Academy White was restricted to 187-9. Shahid Ali almost took the team to victory by blasting 82. Shams made 25. Adil Sami accounted for 4-19, Abbas 2-26 and Nadeem 2-43.
Al-Mazroi achieved the winning target of 108-3 as Faisal, after taking 3 wickets, hit an unbeaten 55 and Laiq made 25. Dr. Basheer got 2-16. Earlier, ATS crumbled for 107. Faisal (3-18) and veteran Khaleel Dawood (2-15) did the damage.
In the afternoon League, United Cricket Club (UCC) made 171-5 against Hala Academy Blue. Shahnawaz plundered 77 off 36 balls and Waqas 33. Aleem took 2-41. While chasing, Hala Academy Blue fell short by just 2 runs (169-8). Ramazan remained unbeaten on 48 and Talha 36. Shahnawaz exhibiting fine all round performance grabbed 4-31.
Nestle Milo blasted 190-2 against GGI through skipper Abdullah Zahid (81 n.o.) and Awais (79).
GGI, in reply, was restricted to 146 Abid made 49. Rayyan scalped 3-14, Abdullah Zahid got 3-25 and Asim 2-28. Azfar Sherazi of Nestle Milo had 5 victims behind the wicket.
Mehmood Saeed piled up 172 against Desert Lions with Niyaz topscoring with 58 and Irfan making 34. Rumesh accounted for 3-37, Imsan 2-18, Imran 2-21 and Rohan 2-24.
Desert Lions was bowled out for 146 as Wajahat grabbed 5-25 and Hannas 2-28. Wasim made 45 and Siraj 35.
Al-Safree, which batted first against Contraco, tallied 175 through Aftab Malik (48), Rehan (39) and Azher (26). Fakhar took 3-32, Irfan 2-30 and Shahzad 2-33.
In reply, Contraco was restricted to 150. Manjeet grabbed 4 wickets while Kaleem made 40.
Marine Services, batting first against Zultrack, came up with 152-5 through Sohail (43)and Iqbal (43). Imtiaz got 2-35.
Zultrack, in response, was home with 156-1. Chand scored an unbeaten 65, Imran 49 and Emad unbeaten 33.
Crown Blue won against Arif Gymkhana by 7 wickets. Skipper Murtuza stroked an unbeaten 54.
