Fahad, Saud and Kamran excelled in round 4 matches of the SCC Cup 2016, which is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and sponsored by Saudi Cricket Centre (SCC).
Al-Kharj League
Lahore Lions beat Sama Steel by 84 runs. Lahore Lions, batting first, posted 264, thanks to Fahad and Qamar who scored 107 and 98, respectively. Muzaffar added 30. Asif and Imran picked up 1 wicket each. Sama Steel, in reply, was restricted to 182. Hashim made 43 and Irshad 31. Saud claimed 4 wickets, while Hassan and Muzaffar bagged 2 each. Pakistan Falcons defeated Amer Holidays by 34 runs. Pakistan Falcons, batting first, tallied 172 through Hamza (68) and Tila (55). Kamran Hadi grabbed 4 wickets and Samiullah 2. Amer Holidays managed 138-9. Sami Arshad scored 36. Nouman and Arif grabbed 3 wickets each and Sair Khan got 2.
Pak Shaheen downed Falcons by 5 wickets. Falcons, taking the strike first, managed 174. Asif top scored with 33 and Kamran 26. Ateeq got 3 wickets, while Javed and Asad picked up 2 wickets each. Pak Shaheen achieved the target in 17.5 overs. Ibrar hit 50 off 16 balls, Asad 44 and Waheed 31. Farhan took 3 wickets.
KFSH Blues beat Riyadh Aces by 66 runs. KFSH Blues, batting first, posted 198. Saqib Saleem blasted 51 off 31 balls and Nasir Abbasi 33 off 13 balls. Saqib claimed 4 wickets, while Farman and Imran got 2 each. Aces, in reply, managed 132. Saqib scored 37 and Zohaib 30.
Iftikhar Ali and Imtiaz Ahmed accounted for 3 wickets each and Munawar got 2.
Diriyah League
Kashmir XI defeated Al-Harbi CC by 65 runs. Kashmir XI recorded 180 through Waseem (35) and Shabbir (31). Murad and Sohail took 2 wickets each. Al-Harbi replied with 115. Aftab contributed 31. Majid picked up 5 wickets and Shabbir 3.
Seham CC prevailed over Phoenix CC by 1 wicket. Phoenix made 187-6. Waqas hit 38 and Haseeb 34. Nasir and Naveed grabbed 2 wickets each. Seham got to the target in 19.2 overs as Nasir made 57 and Tahseen 48. Haseeb and Antar got 2 wickets each.
Abana CC beat Shumaisi Fighters by 25 runs. Abana scored 221. Akbar played brilliantly for his 102 off 53 balls.
He was ably supported by Shahid (41 off 22). Ali claimed 2 wickets. Shumaisi Fighters, in reply, managed 196. Sajjad top scored with 57. Shahid Khan bagged 3 wickets.
Sahara Net CC thrashed All Blues CC by 75 runs. Sahara Net tallied 2236 through Umair (59), Rehan (58) and Jawad (51). Farooq picked up 2 wickets. All Blues managed 148-6. Mubashir picked 2 wickets.
PTI Tigers edged Challengers XI by 3 runs. PTI Tigers, batting first, scored 125. Samar, Saifullah, Anbu and Karthick claimed 2 wickets each. Challengers XI managed 122. Nisar blasted 45.
Professionals Creation CC beat Bannu Eagles by 3 wickets. Bannu Eagles, batting first, scored 133. Sadiq made 39. Chess claimed 3 wickets, while Dileep and Subair got 2 wickets each. Professionals Creation CC achieved the target in 15.4 overs. Subair scored 58. Rahman picked up 3 wickets.
