Babar hits career's 204th century

RIYADH — Nadeem Babar scored 204th century of his career in Saudi Arabia in the ongoing Saudi Orix Tournament, organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and sponsored by Saudi Orix leasing company.
Al-Kharaj League (40 overs)
KFSH Blues defeated Fonte Stars by 72 runs. Batting first, KFSH Blues posted 383 for the loss of 6 wickets as Nadeem Babar scored a masterclass 101 — his 204th century in Saudi Arabia and second in a row. Nasir Abbasi (75), Imtiaz (49) and Khurram (40) also batted well.
In reply, Fonte Stars was all out for 311. Bilal Wani smashed an outstanding 125 and Nadeem 81. Jabar ran through the batting, claiming 6 wickets. Imtiaz took 2.
Pak Shaheen recorded a thumping victory over Lahore Badshah. Pak Shaheen tallied a huge total of 440. Abdul Waheed played a stylish 164 off just 85 balls. Kamran (70), Ishaq (60) and Qadir (45) also contributed to the total. Imran and Sumeer picked up 3 wickets each.
In reply, Lahore Badshah could manage only 296. Yassir scored 151, his second hundred in a row. Adnan batted well for 62. Dawood picked up 4 wickets and Faisal 2.
In a low scoring thriller, Sama Steel beat Shuraim by 3 wickets. Batting first, Shuraim was all out for a meager 145. Shahnawaz claimed 3 wickets, while Asif and Farhan shared 2 each.
In reply, Sama Steel chased the target in 22.3 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Ejaz (44) and Asif (40) ensured the victory.
Diriyah League (T20)
Seham thrashed Brothers XI by 9 wickets. Brothers XI piled up 138. Owais claimed 3 wickets and Gulzar 2. Seham chased down the target in 11 overs. Nassir top scored with a brilliant innings of 86.
Elm lost to Saudi Zaas by 5 wickets. Elm scored 167-9. Danish picked up 4 wickets and Faizan 3. Saudi Zaas won the match in 17.4 overs for the loss of 5 wickets. Danish was the highest run scorer with 87. Suhail batted well for 32.
Challengers XI defeated Al-Momen School by 2 wickets. Batting first, Al-Momen School racked up 169. Samar was the pick of the bowlers with 5 wickets. Ihsan got 3. Challengers XI reached to the target in 17.3 overs losing 8 wickets. Naeem (41) was the main contributor.
Naz thumped Sahara Net by 2 wickets. Sahara Net compiled 126. Rizwan showed some resistance with 44. Saqib bowled well and picked up 4 wickets. Aftab and Fayyaz took 2 wickets each. Naz scored the required 127 in 15 overs. Waheed, Owais and Rizwan got 2 wickets each.
