PIERRE Gagnaire, the renowned French chef who has earned three Michelin stars, inaugurated his first restaurant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was in Riyadh on Jan. 24-26, 2016 and created a French fine dining experience for guests at Mövenpick Hotel Riyadh. The acclaimed chef was listed in French magazine Le Chef's 100 Best Chefs in the World issue, as one of the top 10 chefs in the world. Guests at Acacia by Pierre Gagnaire got the chance to taste the celebrated chef's twist on French cuisine. A wide range of exquisite food choices, such as Duck Foie Gras and Lemongrass Macaroons, were served in elegant surroundings. A selection of juices and beverages were also offered to complement dishes and bring out new flavors to entice taste buds.
