AL Faisaliah Hotel, Riyadh has appointed Fabio Vitale as Chef de Cuisine at the hotel's renowned Italian restaurant La Cucina. In his new role, Vitale will oversee all culinary operations for the 115-seat signature restaurant. Chef Fabio brings with him 20 years of experience that has seen him worked in France, Germany, USA, Russia and in his native Italy. His most recent assignment was as executive chef at Podmoskovnie Vechera Restaurant in Moscow's prestigious Barvikha district. Chef Fabio has been behind the stoves of luxury hotels such as the Grand Hotel de la Minerva & La Posta Vecchia Hotel as an executive chef and executive sous chef, respectively. He is no stranger to Michelin starred restaurants having worked under Alain Dutournier (2 stars), Antionio Sciullo (2 stars), Pietro Leemann (1 star) and Michelino Gioia (1star). Chef Fabio enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge of the culinary arts and loves to conduct cooking classes which he will launch soon in La Cucina. “I am very much excited about this opportunity and the new chapter in my life in Saudi Arabia.
