Frenchman Chef Jacques Sorci, now based in New York at The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, brings his extensive experience and knowledge of the French cuisine to Riyadh. Amongst many accolades, Chef Jacques was honored by the Academie Culinaire de France as one of France's most outstanding chefs. Recognized as the first Indian Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star, of which he holds two in two different countries Chef Vineet Bhatia will be demonstrating his revolutionary Indian cuisine that has astonished and captivated the world. Swiss Grand Chef André Jaeger will showcase his masterful fusion vision as he combines the most exotic flavors from the east with the west's most fashionable trends.
