Rosewood Jeddah all set for Turkish Food Festival

winning hotel Rosewood Jeddah is all set to host a lavish gastronomic event: the Turkish Food Festival on January 7-20. Guests are invited to ring in the New Year while dining every evening from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. They can also enjoy a sumptuous Turkish themed Friday brunch, from 1 to 5 p.m.
Under the supervision of the talented Turkish sous-chef Tahir Guneysu, Habsburg restaurant will be showcasing for the first time, some of Turkey's most popular and traditional delicacies. The two-week festival will embark Rosewood Jeddah's guests on a rich and memorable culinary journey, while sampling delicious Turkish cuisine.
Overseen by executive chef Amjad Al Ghandoor, chef Tahir and his highly experienced brigade will present a selection of vegetable dishes including a large choice of cold Turkish mezze appetizers. Also available on the elaborate menu, the popular İskender kebab, as well as Lahmacun, a round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat, vegetables and herbs. Last but not least, guests can interact with culinary experts, while enjoying live cooking stations and a variety of mouth-watering traditional Turkish desserts, including the renowned "Dondurma" (ice-cream) show.
