RIYADH — A man accused of being involved in several terrorism cases and proclaiming his loyalty to Daesh (the so-called IS) terror group was awarded a 19-year jail term on Sunday. Riyadh Penal Court also found him guilty of defaming several officials and accusing them of deviating from the straight path and of having blasphemous (takfiri) beliefs. The court issued an initial sentence against him imprisoning him for 19 years. It has also banned him from travel for 19 years after his release from prison.
