In the first contest, Pak United was bundled out for 147 by My Care Hala Young Stars who were in control. After brilliant bowling by Mohammed Gulam, who sent 4 batsmen back to the pavilion for only 22 runs, it took 17 overs to defeat Pak United. Zulfiqar and Sabahat were the batsmen who resisted with 31 and 26 runs respectively. Hamza and Yameen accounted for 2 wickets each. In response, MCH Young Stars achieved the winning target through some aggressive stroke-play by opener Abdullah who hit 84 in 34 balls and was well supported by Wicky (27). Iqbal claimed 2 wickets. In the second encounter, Crown Blue piled up 199-9 against Awali Kings with Zahid hammering 85 off 40 balls and Umer Jutt hitting 38. Yasser claimed 4-23 while Khalid had 2 wickets for Awali Kings. Chasing the huge target, Awali Kings were stranded at 190-8. Khalid cracked a fluent 77 in just 30 balls. Umer Jutt, Sohail and Afzal grabbed 2 wickets each. Elsewhere, Asian Plastic Factory (APF) opted to bat first and posted 149-9 in 20 overs against Pak Kashmir. Ashfaq contributed 58 and Khadim 35. Hussain bowled devastatingly to grab 4-25 while Shahid took 2. Pak Kashmir hit the winning target in just 96 deliveries. Its key batsman Shahid remained unbeaten with 76 in mere 30 balls. Khalid claimed 2 wickets for APF. In the last match, Multan Eleven was bundled out for 115 by some accurate bowling by My Care Hala. Javed knocked 4 wickets down for 18 runs. Akram and Mazher nailed the innings with 2 wickets each. My Care Hala was comfortably home (118-2). Tariq smashed 11 fours to compile 68 and Barkatullah remained unbeaten on 39.
