Muslims told to sight Dhul Hijjah crescent

The Supreme Court has called on all Muslims to sight the crescent of Dhul Hijjah on Thursday evening (Oct. 27).
In an announcement today, the Supreme Court requested anyone seeing the crescent to report to the nearest court and register his testimony, or report to the authority of the regional governorate, if there is no judge in the area where the crescent was sighted, in order to facilitate reaching the nearest court.
The Supreme Court also urged Muslims to sight the crescent and cooperate in righteousness.
