Saudi Customs earned SR15.1 billion in revenues in 2010, a 14.25 percent increase when compared to the revenue of 2009. Saudi Customs disclosed in its annual report that more than 16,400 smuggling cases were seized last year, in addition to capturing 15.7 million counterfeit goods, a 149 percent increase from 2009, the Saudi Press Agency reported Tuesday. The report said the number of passengers arriving in the Kingdom exceeded 32 million, while the number exiting the country was 31.5 million.
