Saudi Arabia reiterated its full support to Jordan to confront all challenges. The assurance came as King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, received King Abdullah, the visiting Jordanian monarch, at his palace here Sunday. During the meeting, King Abdullah pledged that Saudi Arabia will stand with all its potential by Jordan to enable it to face all challenges “out of the belief that what affects one country reflects on the other”, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said. The two leaders discussed the “latest Arab and regional developments and the political situation in several Arab countries”, according to a joint statement carried by Petra news agency. The Saudi and Jordanian leaders expressed their “keenness on continuing consultations and coordination with a view to preserving security and stability in the region and boosting joint Arab action vis-a-vis various challenges”, said the statement.Caption: King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, holds talks with King Abdullah of Jordan in Jeddah, Sunday.
