A prominent Tunisian politician and diplomat hailed the historic stances of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz toward Muslim and Arab nations' causes, as well as his keenness to help and support brothers to defend their just causes in various fields. Ambassador Qassem Abu Snaineh described the Makkah agreement reached by Palestinian leaders under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, which has brought about an end to Palestinian in-fighting, as "a magnificent model by the Saudi monarch to settle problems and crises facing the Arab nation." He told the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on the eve of the 19th Arab summit starting in Riyadh tomorrow that the best chance of securing the Summit's success is its chairmanship by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who is a far- sighted leader and cares for the Arab national interests. Ambassador Abu Snaineh, Tunisia's former ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressed the importance of topics to be discussed by the summit to confront current challenges in the region. -- SPA
