RCA sweeps intercity matches against JCA

JEDDAH: In the intercity matches RCA-XI beat JCA-XI by 6 wickets, RCA President-XI beat JCA President-XI by 5 wickets while JCA-XI beat MCA-XI by 5 wickets, here Friday
RCA-XI outclass JCA-XI in all departments
JCA-XI won the toss and elected to bat first against the visiting RCA-XI, scoring 232 all out in 34.5 overs.
Kamran Hadi and Imran's disciplined bowling made it difficult for the JCA batsmen to score freely.
Syed Kaleem went for 11, Jawed Ahmed was run out for just 3 runs while stylish in-form batsman Irfan was clean bowled by Kamran for only 4 runs.
Muhammad Riyas Chukkan scored 19 runs, Pervez Khan scored well deserved 41 runs, Athar Abdul Quddus hammered 40 valuable runs, Tabrez Nakhuda scored 23 runs, Rana Shahzad 34, skipper Humayun 16, and Majid Bhatti 8. Imran 4-37, Kamran Hadi 3-21 and Qasim 1-37 took wickets for RCA.
In reply RCA reached the target 237-4 in 26 overs and won the match by 6 wickets.
Kamran scored the highest 68 in 41 balls, Abdul Waheed 28, Afzal 41, Rizwan 43 not out, and Kamran Hadi 38 not out. Irfan, Sami Khan, Muhammad Riyaz Chukkan and Faheem Pasha took one wicket each.
Javed Ahmed, Usman, Abdul Qadir shine for RCA President-XI
JCA President-XI batting first made 180 all out in 25 overs against RCA President-XI. Amer Shahzad scored 43 runs, Mohammad Rayeesuddin 29, Atta Ur Rehman 34, Inayathullah 22, Shahzad 16 and Sami Khan contributed 12 runs. Javed Ahmed grabbed 4-40, Fahad 2-27, Usman , Ibrahim and Yasser took one wicket each.
In reply the RCA President-XI reached the target 181-5 in 21.2 overs and won the match by 5 wickets. Abdul Qadir made 62 not out, Usman made well deserved 59 runs, Mohammad Aziz 17 and Yasser scored 11 runs. Sami Khan 2-43, Muzammil, Suhail Yaafai and Atta-ur-Rehman took one wicket each.
Wajid, Kaleem & Wahaj instrumental in
JCA-XI win over MCA-XI
Madina MCA-XI batting first score 205 all out in 23.5 overs against JCA-XI. Ishwaq scored the highest 75 runs, Zuhaib 34, Bilal 26, Ameer 22 and Abdul Rauf 16 and Amer contributed 14 runs. Wajid Samdani took 4-33, Iftekhar 2-31, Jawad 2-45, Nazeer and Wahaj took one wicket each.
In reply the JCA-XI reached the target 206-5 in 20.4 overs and won the match by 5 wickets. Kaleem scored 57 runs, Wahaj 52, Wajid Samdani remained 25 not out, Muhammad Umar Suwadi 19, Syed Mohammad Afroz 18, Parvez Abid 13 and Ayazudddin 10. Iftekhar took 2-28, Rashid 2-34 and Akram 1-28.
