In our countries and through long years, all of us have been and are still following the nature of the Iraqi social condition followed by its political and economic ones. Our fathers generation could witness very well through many historical evidences how Iraq used to have a social existence that had been very far away from the practices of murder where the governance had not been hiding in a part from an area for practicing a totalitarian ruling for many regions through intimidation policies applied in all areas which lead to many conflicts between the Sunnis against Shiite, the Arabs against Kurds and The Arabs against Turkmen and Assyrians. It is well known on the Arab and international levels that Iraq, since the first coop occurred on 14 / 07 / 1958 until now, has not preserved its being one community anymore, in addition to that the special distinction that Baghdad had been witnessing at that time had represented true objective existence from which no trends towards involvement in civil wars had been launched. The Iraqi bloody condition well known in every Arab country has not been surprising as it had not expressed, through its severe violence, the desire of governance by certain categories. This is due to that it had stepped forward gradually, since the first republican coop, until the present time in which Baghdad has become the bloodiest Arab source through the action occurring in it. It may be funny if we compare the economic and scientific development that Iraq had been witnessing before 1958 and its present condition of conflicts and tragedies resulted from the fights and murders. At that date (i.e. 1958); our society had been heading firmly and carefully towards provision of the scientific ability and economic capabilities initiatives. It is a very strange comparison between a society of limited abilities that refused to enter into any conflicts or to have any illegal relationships with any state, from one side, and an Iraqi society of noble past and rich capabilities before the occurrence of that its revolutionists had wasted its capabilities and its transformation, later on, to a wide field for practice of conflicts. Meanwhile, our society had been continuing its multiple ways towards capabilities of various competences. Consequently, we have reached the stage of Advancement on the Arab level while Iraq has reached, regretfully; a stage of bad capabilities spoilt by the severe various conflicts. How, for God's sake, can it be claimed that we are concerned in regard to the difficult reality of Iraq? It is a reality which we never accept its existence in a country of various aspects of honor before being driven towards its various distressing and unacceptable tragedies. I vouch that the Iraqi statement issued by a high official, who has been totally isolated from any objective orientation or Arab understanding for many years, has been expressed by a man who thought that he can, through such funny and subjective claim, busy the tortured people around him by his claimed false opinions.
