There are multiple and various additions that may fill all pages of the journal if I want to fill them with mutual killings news. It is also repeated for hundreds of times that most of third world countries which represent the majority rather than the minority have headed towards building themselves and developing their citizens' conditions aiming at reaching a life condition and availability of jobs in a much better way than the way they used to be living in. It is almost that the Arab World is the only party which neglected its private capabilities and became led by the problems and disputes towards the lowest position in economy, types of jobs and competency of education specializations. The worst thing is to face a subjective exploitation of the Islamic identity when you are attributed to it where you face the cruel disputes. Years ago which may range between thirty to seventy years, there had been a prevailing opinion which states that Islamic countries development hindrance is due to the policies and actions of West countries. This prevailing opinion had been due to the influence of the running fights between the South West which means the European countries closer to the Arab World and the Islamic countries which had been defending themselves. This is not logical. It is true that one of France's disadvantages was that it preserved the backwardness of the countries that had been under its influence to the extent that some of Islamic countries in West Africa which are close to Africa's Arab North kept being in its retardation that hindered it development before being subject to colonialism. I still remember that there had been an intended political and Islamic conference in that country long years ago and that the Kingdom had helped them in that occasion through building a high standards hotel for it. However, the countries that had been subject to the British colonialism had witnessed multiple and various development methods. The problem is existed in the Arab self or let's say in knowing or understanding the type of Arab awareness and the type of existed concepts, especially if we consider the way the Kingdom used to be at that time, let's say from seventy years ago until now, as we shall find a strange and amazing results then. During that past time, when King Abdul Aziz, God's Mercy be upon him, used to be the unique person, in regard to competency and distinctive awareness, if compared with any other Arab major character then and even later. He had not been establishing his state easily the way the case had been in the other countries. He had not reached the power to rule only the way the case had been in the Arab World At that time. He gathered all kinds of Bedouins together with some local fight knights which constitutes an aspect. The other aspect is that the extended far distances led to lack of interaction. He solved all of these together with the tough living conditions and headed towards leading a historical mission of everlasting importance towards success. That mission had been heading towards discovering oil. That was a great past. However, our present reality is not less important of that past. Our real condition now states that we are living a distinctive life on the Arab level as we are witnessing economic, educational and cultural developments, in addition to the most important factor represented by the security and the numerous social relationships. I return to the start and repeat that what should concern us shall not be the reality of Arab retardation but should be our heading towards the special thing required from us, in regard to awareness, behavior and competencies, in our present reality.
