Iran is negotiating the major powers seeking them to acknowledge the distinctive power it is seeking to acquire. It is not from its internal power but is adding to its interior what represents external gains to its real abilities. French News Agency or France Press reported on the words of Head of Iranian Organization Ali Akbar Salihi about uranium enrichment operations by 20% starting from today pursuant to the nuclear agreement signed between Iran and the West. This is a partial aspect putting into consideration that Iran wants to gain, as well, the Western attitude important aspect in regard to the economic affairs. We do know that Iran is not a living or witnessing the reality of border wars or semi border wars so that it may be seeking to prevent the dangers of such wars and impose peace with neighboring countries with which it seeks cooperation. There is nothing of such hypothesis. Iran reached Lebanon, deepened in Syria and is practicing a threat against some Arabian Gulf countries. How is the reality of the Arab World? Can there be, at least, a commitment of peace with the neighboring Arab countries as a part of the peace agreement with the West? I doubt such hypothesis or even confirm that it is not even existed. If we want to go far away; we shall return to the reality of the Arab-Israeli condition before the start of 1967 war where Israel had been ready to provide any waivers against granting that the war shall not be launched. What had happened was that the war had started suddenly by Israel when it realized that the Arab are talking about their preparation 9for launching the war). Thus, the Arabs' biggest defeat occurred and Israel stopped thinking about peace after that. Let's jump now to the date which is close to the end of 2013 and we shall realize that conflicts are spread everywhere in the Arab World, especially the multiple local battles that had been established in Iraq by the United States and spread later in the Arab World in the last years. There has been an ironic attitude about the Arabism of the events occurred towards Egypt when the conscious and capable Egyptian army insisted that there shall be no individual leadership controlling Egypt. At that time, The United States was supporting the "Muslim Brothers" but its realization of the objectivity and competence of the Egyptian army which is totally different from any other army in the conflicting countries led it towards declaring reservation and hiding what it has declared earlier. Reaching a peace with Iran will not happen or be reached through any other power but shall be available through an understanding Arab presence which is away from the conflicts and severe murders.
