This kind country which honest path is known by us during the past decades is the same country which is presenting a timely presence which is constantly developing the reality of a present time that has gone with the end of its previous year. It's a simple expression which content expresses the great developments by which the Saudi state and its citizens committed. This had started in an era during which there had been neither petrol nor industries or import abilities but could develop itself until reaching the era in which the Kingdom achieved the Arab priority in regard to the capabilities it has and the massive economic development which has never been easy to achieve. Through clear simple realization; we know very well that most countries of the Arab World cannot employ its capabilities for reaching a state of good production and multiple national and economic achievements during the present time, especially in the last years. In almost a collective way, such Arab World realized that it has declined to a miserable state that witnessed losing the economic capabilities due to losing the resources of their diversity and the locations of their production. All of us know very well the nature of the present Arab reality and its massive difference of the rising Asian and African around it that bypassed it towards more advanced levels. We do realize that our development path would not have been easy without that our state avoided taking us towards neighboring problems of North, South, East or West as all of us know this. Our country bypassed all of what had been said about it sixty years ago and managed during the years that followed that time to keep being away from equestrian illusions in conflict fields as it has been heading towards all direction for enabling us to build our selves and the perspectives of our relationships after that. It managed, as well, to achieve distinctive economic abilities that all of us are proud of. Such distinction achieved by our country is not restricted within the Arab level as it has achieved a respectful international presence with which our different opinion is acceptable by important major powers. At this stage in which we know our peaceful stability and abandonment of Arab conflict years; we realize in our present time that the historical man King Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz has not stopped when he reached such successive normal development but caused the capabilities to jump towards an international level according to which the Kingdom's distinction is not restricted to the Arab level. Under the leadership of King Abdulla; the Kingdom has achieved an international respectful presence which is compatible to its competent economic, scientific and educational abilities. When we contemplate about the position our new budget has reached yesterday; we realize that education in a country of various universities and various knowledge entities has achieved significant material capabilities which shall keep moving the youth towards more real superiority. In addition, health affairs which care for public health have moved towards much better levels if compared with its past reality. These are two models of various development aspects that make us more optimistic and confident about that the historical man King Abdulla has provided us with the ability for achieving future distinctions which is similar to our advantages present distinction.
