When Islam settled in the Arab World, the latest was not enjoying a social stability or conscious culture concepts at that time due to that its bedouinism used to urge for the various conflicts and praise the successive wars from which the toughest part can claim heroism. We know as well that the each of the Persian & the Roman empires supported the existence of barriers by which they could have been away from such wars due to the difficulties associated with interfering in them. However, the Arab countries that succeeded after the rise of Islam did not support the existence of a social glitter that preserves the dignity of the citizen as much as it praised the glory of groups which reign used to end via massacres which implementation or cruelty has nothing to do with the subjectivity of Islam. Those contradictions found other contradictions which were borne by concepts that were not really close to Islam in spite of their claim of being so. It is not easy to study that long history but we know that most of the information related to its advantages and disadvantages are available to everyone. Some parties claimed practicing the true Islam when they were in power like the rulers at the beginning of the Abbasids era while others closed their minds and failed to understand the plenty of rights and life protection that Islam has been granting for the human beings. Such mental or intellectual closure suggested by them drives the human towards having an isolated awareness. A good example of this is what has recently risen of the worst model of groups which use the doctrine of Islam for destroying the lives of people who are not in their side. It is Al-Qaeda. From the other side; we shall find Western authors who, since the birth of western elegance in Europe, started lectures and books that attributed to Islam totally false criminal accusations. However, some Arab intellectuals, especially at the end of 19th century in Egypt, responded to them. Some of these responses were published in French and others were in English. Those characters represents cultural stars while the clergymen of limited concepts did nothing against such interventions due to that they were unable to read or understand a foreign language and used to believe that their special circumference is the world of the present life. The truth here is that such false accusations were not restricted to those intellectuals in the west only as it was clear that some of the foreign policies implemented ruthless but smart policies against any Islamic development. Such policies did not depend on confronting the facts but on implementing the policies which principles are based on preventing ant Arab rapprochement internally or Islamic rapprochement externally. Accordingly, correcting the slackness of some concepts is the best way for creating a distinguished Islamic World. Such creation is not made through hostilities but through practicing what represents the core of the Islamic presence that use to be the most ideal during its early starts if compared with the prevailing Christian-Christian or Christian-Jewish conflicts in the countries of the North. Holding the Islamic Presence Summit at the leadership level in Holy Mecca Conference after tomorrow will be a point of return to the positive concepts of Islam and for facing the challenges as well. Such challenges are not going to be faced through disputes but through the legitimate integrity which concepts had been presented earlier by Islam. This summit, including the expected advantages out of it, is an initiative aiming at creating a new reality for the Islamic World by which it can restore its early position which ideals appeared during the time in which human humility was prevailing in most of its countries who did not witness the impartial freedom of Islam before the passage of hundreds of years after that date. We have been used to King Abdul Aziz's competent awareness and objectivity in regard to all correction of concepts and development of abilities implemented in his country. In this summit; he is providing objective opportunities for creating a stronger reality for the Islamic World which is able to develop. Since we came to know King Abdulla, we could realize his plenty objective ideas and competent gains. These gains are not kept for him, like the case of many rulers in East & West. They are for his citizens and others and this is evident through the various times of his objective presence in many occasions in which others couldn't provide similar thoughts.
