Eight two years passed since the unification of our big entity as the great founder worked on making an unprecedented national assembly to achieve a great coronation. It is the real unity that had been established on a firm conviction between the citizen and the leader. The paths were not easy in a complicated historical and geographical condition where the capabilities were scarce but the willingness, determination and seeking the ultimate objective had overcome all the obstacles. Building a homeland of various tribal and regional categories where illiteracy was widespread produced distinctive leaderships among the founder's children who succeeded him. As long as citizenship is not a mere holding of a personal or familial document as much as it is a common reaction in regard to construction continuation & believing that responsibility is not a duty required from a certain category of the society due to that it is required from everyone & is a felling which correlative with the duty of that we are one nation that should not be divided by ideas, sects or race, in addition to believing that we are a society which is connected through its values, heritage & the constructive thought left by its founder. Many generations of which there were constructers have been succeeding each other. Under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla & His Highness Sulaiman, the crown Prince; young men of today's generation are the big addition in the economic, educational & social development project. They are the ones who introduced the Kingdom into internationalism through membership of the International Economic Club, the numerous delegations, the construction of universities, roads, hospitals and other projects. This big workshop needs interactive minds which are able to transfer us towards the first world according to scientific and administrative methodology, tolerance with others in ideology and politics & through the dialogue of civilizations and religions. The political, spiritual & financial position of the Kingdom makes us the most important human resource which should use this condition for exceeding the narrow circles and move forward towards internationalism. Chances open for every one produce a community of productive powers which adopt the fields of knowledge. Such powers have become the most important means for stimulating the human mind through the international technological discoveries. The plans adopted by the state for making education a strategic target have dedicated massive budget which amount exceeded its matches in many past years. These plans assure that construction of the human is not subject to the hopes and wishes but to the action accompanied with gaining the knowledge and settling it. Our Arab region is passing through radical changes and we are in the core of their reactions but what has distinguished our new reality is that we are open minded, rather than close minded, in regard to the tolerant and constructive thought. In spite of the clashes of extremist trends, organizations and wild ideas; our march adopted moderation as a behavior that keeps away from the slipping sites. This does not come through laws and legislations but through the Public or general awareness. This means that through culture, advanced educational method & opening the doors for employing the male and female citizens as replaces for the expatriates shall lead to self dependence and achieving the equal citizenship in regard to rights and obligations. In spite of that we passed through eight decades of establishment and organization, followed by the comprehensive construction; we are still marching in the long road. However, what justifies this situation for us is that sober steps should not be wild or reckless but realistic ones which look at matters, think them over and consider all aspects associated with them. A young society like ours represents a massive wealth for managing the present with eyes of the future. It's a trip which forces us to be the pioneers of a new society whose expectations are high and optimistic at the same time.
