In addition to the dilemma of accomodation and job; I would like to add the issue of transport in and out of the cities. Al-Dammam-Riyadh's train default time has already finished, in spite of some "makeups" called improvements, as aging landmarks became apparent in it long years ago, while the operation of repalcing it by the Spanish train, which is doubtful, has died while it was still a baby. Doubts about the Spanish train technology has been raised due to that its manufacturing authority, Spain, cannot be placed among Japan, Korea & Germany. Such deal has been adopted, in spite of its being wrong, in an unjustified way while the consequences of its train breakdown created a new problem, if such authority is chosen to manage the other railways. Let's us admitt the truth. Do we have the real competency that studies, compares and then choses this or that kindo f transport? Or is it that we have chosen an evaluation by some European specialists whose opinion is not doubtful at all but we cannot depend on it as long as these countries are combined by one union and interests? Dubai has chosen Japan and achieved success in the operation plan of its Metro, in spite of its being not really economic, as it is considered a national services sector. The last issue of the said train's accident open the door for enquiry and scrutiny in regard to all issues and resons due to that it caused harm to the Kingdom's reputation in a situation that it did not choose. It is not enough to close the case and consider that the party behind the failure is unknown due to that justice imposes that an inspection that punushes the authority in charge and declares thos who are free of charge blameless should be initiated. In front of private and public cars crowdedness, especially in the big cities, the internal transports have become a hindrance for movement. Our country is passing through a stage of development from which the easy transports between the various sectors is an integral part. Some countries which are richer and moer advanced than us found great solutions for such a problem. Even the countries of population density, such as India, China & Indonesia, could overcome the issue of the private transport through the public one like buses, tunnels trains and electric trains which saved a lot of costs. Time is still suitable for setting comprehensive plans for the land, air and marine transports between and in the cities for avoiding the ggravation of the problem and its becoming insoluble, except for doubled costs and a total traffic jam in the future. Advanced world countries consider that transport through trains is a part from the economic development due to the big saving in loads of goods and passengers it provides in a way that does not constitute a presure over the citizens incomes. Such a means is not a sort of luxury anymore as it has become a necessity. We have become late very much, in spite of knowing the benefits of Riyadh- Al-Dammam's train which represented a great help at the beginning. If the said train had been developed since that time; we woud not have been dependent on aviation or other means of transport that did not perform their duties positively and suffered material and human losses, in addition to the massive cost of such means that included fuel consumption, environment pollution and other factors. The national strategy in all aspects, whether educational, industrial, communicational or transport, is interwined dramatically. Such big operations need or require a professional body that absorbs the various competencies and foreign experience, if we want to move from the raw-materials economy to the economy of production, knowledge construction and opening the doors for the generations of ambition and willingness of work and achievement.
