After a table-Tennis match between an American & a Chinese one, Henry Kissinger, the American Minister of Exterior at that time, visited China for establishing a new friendship between the two rival foes. This visit occurred during the 70s of the last century but what was exciting in it was the meeting that occurred between leader Mao Tse- Tung and Kissinger. In that meeting Kissinger started the dialogue by confirming that the United States own nuclear weapons that can turn the soil of the earth thirteen times! But Mao replied by saying: "However, four million Chinese shall remain alive to return the human life to this planet while the United States itself shall not be protected from its killing weapon." "Deep under the ground, we built a shelter that shall protect us from extermination. In this case, we shall be the only ones who are living on the planet. This is the secret of mission and weapon," said Kissinger. "It seems that you have no idea about the old Chinese saying (sit on the bank of this river and the world shall pass in front of you) & you are a part from we are going to see on the bank of this river," answered Mao. Mao was the wise philosopher of the peasant class which contradicts the poor landless proletarian / workers class in the Marxist philosophy which constituted the disagreement that separated the Soviet from China while Kissinger is a pragmatic politician who has fixed theories in running the political world through the superior power & the pressing harsh diplomacy with the opponents or foes. However, He discovered the pride of China and the intellectual wise mind in Mao. The positive aspects of that visit were that the United States understood realistically that a giant has started to wake up and should be dealt with instead of isolating or antagonizing it. It is true that the great hear of the reform Deng Hsiao Ping who came to power after Mao was the one who blew / initiated the present Chinese ingenuity that entered into the world of competition with the United States as a sole power in the world in a way that put Japan & Germany away from the second position in world economy. It may even occupy the first position in world economy within few decades. World has stood amazed and surprised while realizing how such a big nation could make a massive production power or capacity, overcome the famines and disintegration, rise very rapidly and make unprecedented achievements in the human history. Even in regard to the arms that have been monopolized by the United States, Europe & Russia; China has started to make it and establish its own power in silence, in addition to making its own researches and space stations in the sphere and space through applying advanced modern technologies. The Arab Homeland that has been divided between the powers of the West and the Soviet that turned to Russia later should check and understand the occurring change in the international formulas. It should understand that heading towards East is not imposed by the present necessities but by the hypothesis of far future. It should recognize that Asia that had been away from the political, economic & military effects has started to change the "astronomical" world course through creating powers that shall be effective and influencing in regard to influence sharing, if it doesn't monopolize the power alone. Accordingly, planning for establishing a partnership relationship with the rising powers / countries in this continent is imposed by the necessities before any other thing.
