Under the patronage of Dr. Nabil Al Arabi, Secretary General of the League of Arab States, the embassy of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Cairo had a huge celebration for King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz on the occasion of his entitlement of "Arab paternity" Order from Arab children, after his, may God protect him, recovery and return to the motherland. On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Ahmad Qattaan, the Saudi Ambassador to Cairo and its permanent representative to the League received the Order from Dr. Ilhaam Bint Saeed Harsaan, Ambassador of the United Nations Humanitarian Services, in the presence of Dr. Al Arabi & group of Egyptian politicians, intellectuals, reporters, artists & men of thought. In his speech, Ambassador Qattaan hinted that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques really deserves "Arab paternity" Order, as he is considered, indeed, the "King of Humanity," in every sense of the word meaning, pointing to that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques ordered to allocating 100 Billion bounds for all developing countries & 500 million pounds for illiteracy elimination & development of education in various countries. Dr. Al Arabi assured that "Arab Paternity" Order is the biggest representation of King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz's humanitarianism and praised his attitudes in serving Arab Issues. In her speech, Dr. Al Harsaan described Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques as "a human in every sense of the word meaning" due to that he is a human who works for prevailing of peace in the whole world and makes a humanitarian generation able to bear the responsibility of its nation issues.
