The Minister of Trade and Industry Mr. Abdulla Zainel issued a decision that enforces the fresh milk and fresh dairies to the supply organization in the irregular situations. The decision considers all who raise the prices or refrain from selling with the defined prices for fresh milk or fresh dairies as a violator of the rules and the defined punishment by the Ministers council of the decision number 855 would apply on him, which includes that the ministry will be in charge o proving the violations that were observed by the committees that include representatives from the ministry of Internal, ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Municipal affairs, given that they will raise the reports to the Minister of Internal or whoever assigned by him to give a decision of the defined punishment. The Trading decision is concerned with bringing back the prices of milk and dairies to what it was before the latest increase of prices, given that the violators will be punished and slandered by the Ministry. To that, "Al Riyadh" learned that a meeting of the dairy companies was held three months ago that resulted in a division between supporters and opponents of the price raising.
