The Arab society structure is almost tribal including many classes; however the tribe is more powerful than ideologies and in some cases when religion is used in politics to end with tribal profits even with a religious trend. Perhaps Arab countries as Libya, Yemen, Iraq and Gulf Countries were established upon tribal communities; however, after the education spread and the urbanism makes city more alluring than the pasture and Bedouin life. This established a mixed urban-tribal concepts. As for the new revolts in Arab countries, it started with Somalia the country which was tore by political status starting with Marxism to tribal religion, then the armed gangs that fight with each other per interest and the transfer of power from a party to another. Now in Libya, Iraq and Yemen we see a new tribal movement. Whereas the confrontations between authorities and people impose public allies, the tribe leader is not shielded by his tribe. This is a new development which adds a different awareness to the new concepts and ideas of opposed political movements which are different from the old traditions. The contemporary social structure highlights another type of tribes. Considering the three countries, Iraq was shook by people demands regarding security and basic needs which leads to the demolition of cults to build a new national principle. In Yemen, the demands regarding radical reforms, stopping resources waste, unemployment and over-population imposed a different political behavior i.e. the public feelings gain a tribal union toward the correction of country policy and regime. In Libya, although there are several tribes who were opposed by the regime, we find it fighting in the streets together to overthrough the regime. The 42-years-ruling of a solo leader created a new trend saying that home is more inclusive than tribe. Here the national meetings mold its aims to get rid of injustice against all tribes. The political hypocrisy or material bribe have no value in front of the power of the ruling family who depend on white and black mercenaries; this leads to the mistrust between people and Al Gaddafi. This evolution is not narrow but very broad i.e. the public union was not cheated by attitudes play; rather the corruption unites the society on the base that the regime is the enemy. This is another example of a regime which cannot unite all the society classes; but it was the reason for the union unexpectedly.
