A delegation from King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) concluded an official visit to the National Library of the Republic of Bulgaria last week, which included a number of interactive scientific activities. The Advisor to the Royal Court, the Foundation's Acting Secretary-General Dr. Fahd Bin Abdullah Al-Samari led the Saudi delegation in Bulgaria, where they met with the Director of the Library, Dr. Krasimira Elksanrova to discuss the activating of the memorandum of understanding in the field of historical documentation which was signed by both countries last November in Riyadh. Dr. Fahd Al-Samari also met with the Deputy Minister of Culture Rumen Dumtrov at the National Library. The two officials discussed ways of cooperation between the Kingdom and Bulgaria to strengthen cultural relations The delegation visited a number of museums and cultural institutions in the capital Sofia.
