The head of the Supreme Supervisory Committee of the "A Nation without a Violator" campaign, Maj. General Jamaan Al-Ghamdi, stressed the importance of cooperation and integration among all concerned agencies to achieve the objectives of the campaign. Al-Ghamdi's comments followed an inspection tour of points set up by the Interior Ministry in Jizan region to receive and facilitate the departure of violators of residency regulations. Al-Ghamdi said that the Interior Ministry has called on citizens and residents alike to abide by the residency regulations and to refrain from sheltering, hiding, transporting or hiring any violators. The 90-day campaign, launched by the Interior Ministry on March 29, aims to help illegal residents leave the country on their own and remain exempt from fines and the "deportee" fingerprint system. It focuses on tracking infiltrators and violators of residence, work and border security systems. Al-Ghamdi was briefed on the work of the Foreigners Administration in Jizan to ensure the safe passage of violators to their homelands.
