In implementation to the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to take the necessary actions to correct conditions of the brotherly citizens of the Republic of Yemen residing illegally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by giving them a renewable visit visa for a period of six months, and to allow them to work in exception of laws after having travel documents from the legitimate government of their country. In an extension of objectives of the Renewal of Hope operation, the Ministries of Interior and Labor have completed all the necessary preparations for the enforcement of the Royal Decree in accordance with the following conditions: 1. The Royal Decree for Yemeni expatriates with no legal Iqama (ID) issued for them. 2. Yemeni Expats who were residing in the Kingdom before 06/20/1436 H corresponding to 09/04/2015 shall be the only beneficiaries. 3 - (A Yemeni Expatriate) shall have a travel document issued by the legitimate Yemeni government when reporting to Passports Department in his area in which he resides. 4 - The beneficiary (Yemeni Expatriate) shall come personally to passport department in the area in which he resides after filling a prepared special form for this purpose. 5 - Presence of the host (whose the beneficiary's visit shall be registered) personally or his deputy mandated by a certified power of attorney after filling a prepared special form for this purpose. 6 - Passing medical examination in force in accordance to the residence regulation. 7 - The beneficiary shall be given a would-be renewable visit visa for a period of six months. 8 - The beneficiary shall be allowed to work in accordance with the rules in force by the Ministry of Labor through the system of (Ajeer) for companies and individuals via the following link www.ajeer.com.sa. 9 - The violator shall be exempt from fines and penalties usually incurred on violators of residence and work laws as well as shall be exempt from the formal impact (deportee's fingerprints). 10 - (992) and (19911) have been set for further inquiries in addition to e-mail (gdp.gov.sa@992) and ([email protected]). 11 - These laws shall be in force starting on Sunday 21/7/1436 H corresponding to 09/05/2015 until Tuesday, 09/20/1436 H corresponding to 06/07/2015.
