In the framework of the humanitarian efforts being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Palestinian people under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and General Supervisor of Saudi Relief Campaigns, the Saudi Committee for the Relief of the Palestinian People has completed the construction of King Abdullah Housing Quarter in Rafah of Gaza Strip, which includes (302) housing units that were delivered with all their full educational and service facilities for needy Palestinian families at a total cost of $ 16,457,409. On this occasion, the Director of the United Nations Development Program in Gaza Strip, Bassel Nasser expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's leadership and people for its outstanding role in alleviating the sufferings of the Palestinian people represented by the Saudi Committee for Relief of the Palestinian People through this project and the ongoing relief and humanitarian march of support for the Palestinian people. It is worth mentioning that these Saudi projects come within the framework of the continuous support and great role being played by the Saudi Committee for the Relief of the Palestinian People under a direct supervision and follow-up of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior to alleviate the sufferings of the Palestinian people, which has provided and implemented many relief, humanitarian, food, health, educational, social, developmental and housing programs and projects at a cost of more than 887 million Saudi Riyal.
